Ownership
In September 2016, Adaptive Computing Enterprises was acquired by Arthur Allen and moved its corporate headquarters to Naples, Florida. Arthur Allen is a 40-year industry veteran who has owned several software companies. He has brought his longstanding team of experienced software professionals to Adaptive Computing and continues to expand research and development.
Adaptive Computing is retaining its leading software products, including the Moab HPC Suite, and will keep its branding and employees. The investment by Arthur Allen has enhanced research and development, increased product offerings and sales reach, and added additional value to marketing, sales, financial and legal services.
