Arthur L. Allen

President & CEO

Arthur Allen is a successful entrepreneur with 40+ years of strategic experience in the software industry. He built and sold his first software company for $18M by the time he was 34 years of age. As the technology industry entered a new period of intensive growth, Arthur Allen launched ASG Software Solutions in 1986. Mr. Allen built ASG into a multinational corporation with more than 90 offices worldwide. As CEO of ASG, he executed 60+ acquisitions over 29 years – growing the company to over $300M in revenue. He has acquired companies across the USA, Europe and Asia ranging in size from $5-150M – including such entities as Mobius, Atempo, CloudFactory, VisionApp, and PS’ Soft.


John

John Cieply
Sr. Director of Development, Support, & Services
 

John Cieply graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Computational Mathematics. John has over 30 years of hands-on experience with network based software development, design, management, implementation, and project leadership. John worked 16 years at Raytheon on multiple government contracts, he spent 10 years as the IT manager of a large furniture company, and he also spent 5 years teaching software engineer concepts.


David stephens
Chief Financial Officer
 

David is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Accounting for Adaptive Computing. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and International Business from Penn State University. David has worked for HP as a Financial Analyst and has over 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.


Sue DeGram

Director of Marketing

Sue DeGram is an experienced communications professional who has worked successfully in the industry for 20+ years. Sue has worked for Arthur Allen for the last 14 years; 10 years at ASG Software Solutions in positions in Marketing, Software Development, and Sales, and then for the last 4 years at Adaptive Computing. Sue has a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art and Design of FSU.


Dan

Dan Cannone
Sales Manager
 

Dan Cannone oversees the sales organization through strategic and direct relationships with customers across the globe, leading Adaptive Computing’s revenue growth and expansion. Previously, Dan worked in Sales for Gartner, Inc. Dan has a B.A. in Economics from Bates College in Maine.
